How to lose 10 pounds fast by changing how you eat:

One thing you can do to lose 10 pounds in a week, is to change the way you eat. We normally eat when we get hungry, and once we get our food, eat until we are stuffed. By now, we know the approximate time that we are hungry. Instead of waiting until you are hungry, eat 30 minutes to 1 hour earlier. This will cause you to eat less because you wont be as hungry, cut your calories, and in turn, shed you pounds.

    i think that you’re taking it to heart wayyy to much.
    You are ten, 89 pounds, that is very light. and no where near chubby. They either say that to you because you let it get to you and they know it hurts your feelings or, they’re simply jealous of you. this diet, it is very unhealthy. and most likely you would gain all of the weight plus 5 extra pounds back. soo just stay 10 years old, and worry about loosing weight when you’re 18.
